What are Lovable credits and what can I build with them?
Credits are how Lovable measures AI compute usage. The number of credits you need depends on your prompt complexity, app features, and iterations. Generally: simple landing page (1-3 credits), dashboard (2-5 credits), full SaaS app (10-20+ credits). The more detailed your prompt, the fewer iterations you'll need.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Credits on paid plans do not roll over. They reset on your monthly billing date. On the free plan, credits reset daily at midnight.
Can I use Lovable with my own domain?
Yes, but only on Starter plan and above. Free plan users get a Lovable subdomain (yourapp.lovable.app). Paid plans allow you to connect your own domain.
Do I need to pay to export my code?
No. Code export is available on all plans, including the free plan. You can always download and own your code.
Can I connect Supabase on the free plan?
No. Supabase integration requires a paid plan (Starter or Pro). On the free plan, you can prototype interfaces but not connect a real database.
